I offer both in-person & virtual sessions. I primarily work with adults who are struggling with symptoms of ADHD, anxiety, depression, identity, parenthood, grief and loss & relationship stressors. I am trained in treating Neurodiverse patients and utilize various modalities to help people thrive while managing negative symptoms. As a therapist, I believe in a more new school approach where our dynamic in session provides the foundation for self actualization. I want clients to feel safe, comfortable and enjoy coming to session even when there are psychosocial stressors that we are working through.
I have been a therapist for 14 years and have worked in both acute care settings as well as private practice. I believe that a nonjudgmental space is the most important principle in therapy. Progress can only be realized when the client feels that they are not being judged by the provider. I am sex-positive and body-positive, and I know that creating a space for the authentic self is paramount to progress. I am a believer that humor and transparency aid in creating an ideal space for strong rapport and advancement towards your therapeutic goals.
